Mosaic Health Fair

Earlier this March, Mosaic hosted its third Community Health Fair.  The event brought together more than 10 different community partners to provide everything from health education and vaccines, to free children's clothing and healthy food, to our over 200 attendees. 

Mosaic's team provided over 40 people with blood pressure checks and 35 with glucose checks, scheduling appointments with those that needed further follow up based on their numbers.  In addition, we staffed tables to provide information on nutrition and functional movement with our volunteer Physical Therapist.  The day not only brought the community together, but also empowered attendees with the knowledge and resources they need to become champions of their own health.
