October 25 Harvesting Health Community Health Fair

Join Mosaic Health Center for our Fall Community Health Fair!  We will have FREE flu vaccines; blood pressure and glucose tests; breast cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney health education; raffles; refreshments; kid's crafts; and much more!

The event is in partnership with Walgreens, DeKalb Public Health, CHOICES4Kids, The Pritam Adhikari Education Foundation America Breast Cancer Awareness, Refugee Coffee, Clarkston First Baptist, Nanighar Atlanta, and local health providers.

Mosaic Health Center provides uninsured individuals a place where they can receive the compassionate, high-quality healthcare that every human deserves. Focused on affordable primary and preventative care, Mosaic Health Center offers FREE prescriptions, women's health, vision, dermatology, mental health, ultrasound imaging, cardiology, and assisted specialty referrals for patients who don't have health insurance.

PARKING:

We have handicap parking available in the Mosaic Health Center lot.  All other guests should park at 1090 Rogers St., Clarkston, GA 30021 and make the short walk across the street to the Center detailed in the map below.
